Fall Trunk Show and World Sight Day Challenge

What is a “Trunk Show”?  In the past, salespeople would visit town squares with their goods for sale in heavy trunks – they would stay for a few days, sell what they could and move on.  Most times, the trunks held one-of-a-kind items and, once sold, they weren’t available again.  These days, salespeople have sleek travel cases instead of the old, heavy trunks but the idea is the same – one-of-a-kind goods available for a short time.  Our annual trunk shows offer the most popular frame styles from vendors that we have as business partners but can’t always display all frame brands or styles due to space.  Tables set up in our Optical Shop for this special event will be filled with frames for both men and women, our friendly staff can help you with selection and pricing, and refreshments will be served.  On Thursday, our Tura representative will show off the latest styles from the popular Fysh and Kliik lines (from Classique) as well as Brendel and Ted Baker frames.  Turaflex frames will also be on display.  We are proud to show our new line on Friday, showcasing the hot new OGI, Seraphin and Innotec line of modern, sleek styles.  Essilor is sponsoring a very special deal on Crizal anti-glare lens coating at HALF-OFF the regular prices.  Enjoy treats from Juneau’s own Chef Stef and Heritage coffee throughout both days.  Door prizes and fun give-aways will be held – you won’t want to miss this Trunk Show!
